The institute was initiated to focus on the research, development and transformation of leadership and organisations, with an emphasis on helping organisations and individuals work in an integrated and holistic way that is commercially successful and makes a contribution to the needs of their customers, staff, the community and the environment.

Support members receive a discount for the Living Philosophy courses.

This membership includes free access to articles, general leadership and sustainability research. Associate Organisation members are able to download these articles and distribute them to managers and staff.

This membership is free and includes:

• V.I.P status and discounts to the Bodhi Tree Bookshop Café in Mount Hawthorn
• 10% discount for all staff to the Living Philosophy courses.
