The ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita presents 3 Yogas, or 3 meditative practices, which help make your meditation experience far more profound and permanent.

The 3 Yogas are:
  1. Karma Yoga - the path of selfless action - service.
  2. Bhakti Yoga - the path of gratitude & devotion - love.
  3. Gnana Yoga - the path of Self knowledge - wisdom.
In 3 Consecutive ½ day Workshops you will:
  1. Learn how to reduce ego and expectations. 
  2. Generate energy through selfless action.
  3. Develop the true essence of love.
  4. Improve your ability to make clear decisions.
  5. Gain insights into how to control of your mind.
  6. Learn how to convert knowledge into wisdom.
  7. Learn how to gain inner peace and contentment.
  8. Improve your focus and ability to live in the present.
Time: Saturday Mornings 9.00am - 12 Noon

Facilitator: Meredith Forder - Meredith Forder is a philosopher, mentor, author and speaker, who has spent many years living in India learning their traditional culture and ancient philosophy. Meredith offers the essence of Eastern philosophy to our Western society, encouraging people to evolve by gaining presence of mind, clarity, vitality and contentment.
