Prerequisite: This course is open to all. There is no requirement of completing the Living Philosophy course before enrolling in Living Integrally

The Living Integrally course continues the Living Philosophy set of courses and describes in simple and practical terms on of the most profound perspectives of the 21st century. Integral theory integrates the concepts and ideas of Eastern philosophy with Western psychology, sociology, philosophy and science into a comprehensive view of the 'self', the world and the evolution of consciousness.
Integral theory was developed by the modern philosopher, Ken Wilber and has been gaining worldwide recognition as one of the most profound perspectives for our time. This course helps participants understand Integral concepts and ideas can be used in daily living to provide greater quality to one's life. It is a course in applied Integral philosophy and continues the theme of the unified nature of all experiences introduced in the Living Philosophy series of courses.
Living Integrally is a practical course in applying the Integral perspective ideas rather than an intellectual examination of Integral theory. In addition to Ken Wilber, the ideas of other integral writers such as Jenny Wade, Andrew Cohen, Don Beck and Willaim Torbet are included along with other philiosophers and spiritual teachers.

The course will help you deal with problems and challenges in your life by applying practical skills as well as providing a wider perspective on life. You will learn how the ideas of modern psychology, science, religion and eastern spirituality fit into a spectrum of development of the Self. The course provides improved skills in: understanding your own self, communicating with others, dealing with conflict, clarity of thought and meditative practice.
The course will have an interactive and easy to understand approach so that anyone will be able to understand the ideas and concepts taught. Practical exercises, questionnaires and examples from life will be used to bring the concepts into tangible actions.
