Vision and Background

The Integral Leadership Institute is a not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 2005. It was initiated to focus on the research, development and transformation of leadership and organisations with an emphasis on helping organisations and individuals work in an integrated and holistic way that is commercially successful and makes a contribution to the needs of customers, staff, the community and the environment.

The Integral Leadership Institute seeks to help individuals, teams, leaders and organisations become sustainable and socially responsible using the Integral framework. The common approach running through all Integral work is that personal transformation is the foundation of leadership and organisational improvement. The Integral framework also encompasses an "all-quadrant, all-level" approach, which includes all dimensions of business - vision, strategic, people, performance, finance, culture, community and environment, as well as a developmental processes in which people, leaders and teams evolve to higher levels of world view and consciousness.

The Integral Leadership Institute has a Deductible Gift Status (DGS) and can receive tax deductible donations and gifts to support its activities and research.
